Refund Policy

Gloriana Earthly Naturals takes great care in ensuring every product meets our quality standards. Due to the nature of our handmade and personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the seal is broken or the product has been used. However, if you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, we will be happy to replace it.


To initiate a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and an unboxing video as proof of issue. Once verified, a replacement or store credit will be issued at our discretion. Refunds are not applicable in cases of personal dislike, minor variations, or delayed delivery due to courier issues.
